Following a short call to make sure we’re a good fit – I want to understand your business, your goals, your Buffalo roots, and what makes you unique in WNY – we’ll finalize your statement of work and service agreement, and I’ll email you a concise questionnaire (fewer than a dozen questions). After that, I roll up my tail and get to work.

Strategy & Content Drafting
I’ll dig into your answers and the content you provide, then shape the structure, organizing it into clear sections, crafting layout sketches, and building a user-friendly wireframe. I’ll optimize your copy for SEO and clarity so it works harder for your business.
Design Sign-Off
We’ll meet virtually to walk through the draft. You tell me what you love and what needs tweaking, and we’ll refine it together with up to two rounds of revisions to get it dam near perfect, structurally and visually.
Site Construction & Review
Once you give the green light, I start building behind the scenes. You’ll get a demo link where you can preview my work and request final tweaks. I’ll chew through any requested changes until it’s polished and launch-ready.
Launch and Ongoing Support
In about 4-6 weeks (depending on complexity), your site goes live. You don’t lift a paw, I handle all integrations, hosting setup, security, backups, and final checks. After launch, I stay upstream.
