FAQ’S

The subscription plan requires a 12-month minimum commitment. After that, it continues on a month-to-month basis, and you can cancel anytime. Please note that if you cancel, access to your site will end – otherwise, everyone could just cancel and keep the site, and I wouldn’t be able to stay in business.

You’ll need to sign a new 12-month contract.

Yes, their is a buyout clause upon the completion of your 12-month commitment.

Subscription payments are set up through automatic deductions via credit card or bank account.

For clients on a subscription plan, if an invoice remains unpaid for 60 days, the account will be deemed abandoned and the client terminated and breached the agreement. In such cases, the client will be responsible for a sum representing the remaining unpaid recurring service fees for the duration of the 12-month initial term.

While I’m flexible and understanding – often working with clients through challenges – I rely on open communication. If I receive no response to repeated outreach, I must take appropriate steps to protect the time, effort, and value I’ve invested. My goal is always a fair and respectful partnership.

All monthly invoices and payments are sent to your email on file. I accept all major credit cards and bank transfers. For lump sum projects, payments must be made via ACH bank transfer to help minimize processing fees.

Please note: We do not accept cash, checks, or money orders.

When you sign a contract – whether for a lump sum or subscription plan – if I’m unable to design something you’re 100% happy with and you decide not to move forward, I’ll refund your initial payment in full.

However, once I begin development on the site, on an active web server, refunds are no longer guaranteed. At that stage, any refunds are issued solely at our discretion.

Yes and no. SEO is made up of two key components: on-page and off-page.

On-page SEO includes everything on your website – like content structure, page speed, accessibility, metadata, and how your site is organized.
Off-page SEO involves what happens outside your site, such as backlinks, guest posting, directory citations, and authority building.

My website packages include several on-page SEO essentials: lightning-fast load times, accessibility best practices, meta tags, Google Search Console setup, sitemap generation, and some basic content creation. But that’s just part of the picture.

Effective SEO is an ongoing process – not a one-time setup. For advanced and long-term SEO strategy, I partner with experts in their field who handle full-scale SEO campaigns, but this service is separate from our website packages.
